Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ruchi Bhardwaj sells downloadable digital products (Excel business toolkits). Please read this policy before you pay.

When you get a full refund

• The product was not delivered and we could not deliver it even after you wrote to us.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake: the extra payment is refunded in full.
• The payment was taken but the order failed on our side.

Delivered digital products

Digital files cannot be returned once they have been sent, so a product is not refundable once it has been delivered (shown on the confirmation screen or sent to the email given at checkout). A change of mind is not a reason for a refund. Please read the product page and this policy before paying.

If a download does not open or a file seems wrong, write to us first: in almost every case we resend or fix it the same working day.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before the payment is completed, simply by not completing it. After payment, delivery is immediate, so the refund rules above apply.

How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@avsvishalmedia.com with the email address you paid with and your order number. We reply within 24 to 48 working hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Cashfree Payments. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
